Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Salmon Arm and Shuswap Lake Agricultural Association is usually held in February each year.  However, The SASLAA by-laws allow the AGM to be held up to six months after the end of the fiscal year, which is December 31st.  The SASLAA board voted to delay the 2022 AGM until May, 2022.

At the March board meeting, the date of May 28, 2022, at 7:00pm, was set for the AGM. The meeting will take place in the log building (Church of Christ) on the south fairgrounds. All members will be notified at least a month before that date as to the particulars of the meeting.  Please address any inquiries to the SASLAA Secretary at sjmacgregor@outlook.com.  

The Agenda: Financial Statements and Committee Reports will be available at the meeting.

Election of Officers and Directors will be held at the AGM.
